From a learning point of view, nothing beats spending quality photographic time with like-minded people and sharing ideas, tips and tricks out in the field and this wildlife photography course combines these elements with a solid theoretical base so that you understand how to create better wildlife images and take complete control over them.
You don’t need any previous photographic experience as we will cover all the basics of photography in the course to make sure everybody is on the same page and can take maximum benefit from the course. The main goal of this wildlife photography course is to dramatically improve not only the visual impact of your images but your understanding of both the technical and artistic aspects of wildlife photography.

During the three-day course, we will pay attention to the different factors that play a role in creating striking, memorable wildlife images. This is achieved through a combination of theoretical lectures and game drives which will focus on exposing our groups to a series of typical scenarios in wildlife photography.

During the wildlife photography course, you can also be assured of the usual standard of personal attention offered on all of Wild Eye’s courses, workshops and safaris as we will have a minimum ratio of 1 facilitator to every 6 students on the course. Wildlife photography is not about the size of your lens or where you go to photograph. It’s about having an appreciation for nature and telling that story through your images!
